Summer is a memorable time for students, families, and communities. The structure of a school day has been replaced by new schedules, adventures, and opportunities for exploration. While students may not be in school, significant learning continues through engagement in experiences and interactions with others. It is a perfect time for students and families to discover new interests, gain intriguing information, and expand their imaginations through various reading materials.
It is exciting to look forward to many new changes on the way. But, let’s not rush the time between now and August 30th as it is a time of family togetherness and community connectedness. Whether it is traveling, camping, doing summer chores or activities, or experiencing the Athens Fair, slow your speed and embrace the moments before they become memories.
See you soon!
