Parent/Guardian Input Needed!
Do you want to help support your child’s empathy, problem-solving, and self-control?
In partnership with New York University and the University of Texas at Austin,
Committee for Children is developing new family materials for parents to support
their child’s social and emotional development.
Join other Athens Elementary School K-5 parents in a 90-minute focus group to provide your thoughts on these
materials. We would love to hear from you about what you think is needed and
how we can improve this resource!
English facilitated focus groups are available. In-person focus groups are
happening in October 7 th and 8 th . Spots will be filled on a first-come-first-served
basis, so sign up soon! Participants will receive a $50 appreciation in the form of an Amazon giftcard.
Parents who participated in an online focus group in the spring are welcome to
