2D Foundations art students working diligently on their final project. They did a print of a section of a historical art piece. They researched their artist and then transformed their work into a print. They did a fantastic job representing the works in their linocut prints!
2nd graders are having a "blast" launching marshmallows and knocking down pins as they experiment with force during science class!
These first graders in Mrs.Luther’s room were learning about the design process and what engineers do. They designed their own back scratchers. Mr. Czech even got to check one out! Future engineers of America !

Over the last week, the Fish and Wildlife class got to construct ice fishing poles. They had to find the spine of the rod, construct the handle, and thread on the guides. The students are very excited to get out on the water and give them a try.
8th grade students competed in a CO2 Challenge. Their cars were involved in Racing and Best in Show. Winners are pictured above with Best of Show winners first and race winners shown second.

Since most kindergartners aren’t able to stay up until midnight to welcome the new year, the students in Mrs. Nowak’s class celebrated Happy “Noon” Year with a countdown, balloon drop, party horns, and treats!

Dazzle ships were a form of camouflage used during World War I to evade the enemy. Andrew Frick put together a model kit of the Works War II ship, U.S.S. Missouri and then created the camouflage pattern.
