
We are at 35% of our families that have registered for the 2024-2025 school year. That is a good number to have but let's keep it going. If you haven't registered for next school year please do so as soon as possible. If you have registered, remind someone to do their registration. Throughout February, Mrs. Hartwig's preschoolers were busy learning about kindness and conducted various acts of kindness. We made cards for our bus drivers and made valentines for teachers at AES and the Athens Vet Clinic. We also sent kindness hugs to loved ones near and far.






Jessica Bunkelman is the staff member who judged livestock and poultry in college, loves to bake, and prefers books over movies. Go binge on a movie if you've guessed her!

We have had the registration window only open a couple of days and already have over 15% of the familes register for next year! That is a great start! Let's keep that number growing.

The first graders at AES have been learning about US symbols, presidents, and patriotism. They performed poems and songs for their families and enjoyed a patriotic treat generously provided by the YES group.


Attention AMS and AHS families: it's almost time for state assessments and soon, end of year testing too. Would you like to learn some test-taking strategies? Of course you just said, "YES please!". Then plan on bringing your cell phone, Chromebook or tablet to the ITLC on Monday, March 11, 2024 from 6:00 - 7:00pm.
