We want as many people to come out and support of group, so please share this link with all your friends and family, along with the Referral Flyer that has your student’s name on it! Remember, 10% of the people YOU know will buy a mattress this year!!
Parents are strongly encouraged to attend the parent meeting this Wednesday night @6:30pm. For every parent that attends, $5 will be donated to the program!

These first graders are more than halfway to being second graders - happy 100th day of school!


Brock Beaty, fifth grade, Cambrea Sarasin, eighth grade, and Ava Zettler, eighth grade, participated at the Rib Like Regional Spelling Bee on February 6th. Ava Zettler is the state alternate! Awesome! Congratulations to all on their great efforts in the class, district, and regional bees this school year!





Mrs. Jody Davis recently taught the fifth grade a lesson about buying and selling goods, consumers, and competition in business through the Junior Achievement program at AES.


If you don’t have any plans for Valentines Day, come out to RJ Stockwells in Dorchester for a fish fry and the Northcentral WI FFA Showcase Auction. The fish fry starts at 4pm and the auction starts at 6pm. Come out and support the area FFA chapters and the Dorchester Fire and EMS.

Kindergartners participated in a STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, and math) project to show 100 by patterning 10 beads on 10 pipe cleaners. They created some very unique designs!



Thank you to the Youth Wrestling Club for the help to get the Bulgarian Bags and Suples Speed Ball. We will use them during wrestling season and all year long.

Don't miss the Athens Middle and High School Pops Concert, this Sunday at 2:00 in the Commons! We'll be singing music from popular musicals and other hits. We hope to see you there!


The Agronomy class has been learning about the different soil horizons (layers) and how they are formed. So today they made dirt cups to help them visualize the different layers and how no too layers are the same.




Dual credit psychology created 3-D brains for a recent module. They then applied their knowledge on how a TBI affected the brains they had created.

February 10 - 14 is Bus Driver Appreciation Week in Wisconsin. The School District of Athens certainly says THANK YOU to the men and women who safely drive our Blue Jays to and from their nests each day. We appreciate you!
